Owner's Pavilion*

*This is an add room after booking the Master Suite and Eagles nest.

$250 access/cleaning fee per stay
$50 per person, per night ( up to 4 people)

  • Personal Concierge to assist you planning your trip
  • Meet & Greet on your beach arrival at Bedarra Island
  • Exclusive use of The Pavilions of Bedarra and its grounds
  • Access to outdoor equipment throughout your stay including Kayak, fishing and snorkeling equipment

Terms & Conditions

*Personal Concierge to assist you booking transfer to and from the Island and does not include booking flights or dealing with cancellations

*Pre- provisioning undertaken by island caretaker, however provisioning purchased by guests

*Must rent the Master Suite & Eagle’s nest to , then rent the Owners Suite

*Minimum 3 nights stay with conditions below:

  • 3 nights or less $500 cleaning fee applies
  • 4 nights a $200 cleaning fee applies
  • Over 5 nights no cleaning fee applies
