*Personal Concierge to assist you booking transfer to and from the Island and does not include booking flights or dealing with cancellations

*Pre- provisioning undertaken by island caretaker, however provisioning purchased by guests

*Minimum 3 nights stay with conditions below:

3 nights or less $500 cleaning fee applies
5 nights a $400 cleaning fee applies
Over 5 nights no cleaning fee applies
